Job Description:

This role is a technical position which will support and be responsible to participate in the planning, building and support of the Identity Access Management (IAM) program. This individual contributor will be working in collaboration with all disciplines across the information technology groups, as well as business units, in providing hands-on and working on plans for the integration of information security requirements into solutions provided in the area of Identity & Access Management

Essential Qualifications:

  • B. Tech/any equivalent or higher degree
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in the field of Information Security
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow directions and provide constructive feedback
  • Good understanding and demonstrable experience in managing any Privileged Access Management (PAM) tool preferably Broadcom CA PAM, BeyondTrust
  • Solid understanding of modern identity and access management concepts and best practices, such as managing privileged user accounts, implementing a least-privileged access model, and segregating duties. Familiarity with OS-level, application-level, and database-level integrations is required
  • Skilled in managing the identity lifecycle, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access rights management, particularly in platforms like Active Directory or others
  • Experience in bulk onboarding of users, devices, and policy configurations across various operating systems
  • Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of access issues, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
  • Ability to implement systems providing seamless and secure application access, supporting internal teams while maintaining system stability and security.
  • Responsible for administering privileged user accounts across various platforms, including Windows, UNIX, databases, networks, and applications.
  • Flexible availability for on-call duties on a rotational basis, as required by the business.
  • Collaborative with extended teams for joint deliverables.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Provide support for testing, installation, configuration, and rollouts..
  • Good to have Information Security/IAM Certifications (equivalent)

Desired Experiences:

  • Contribute to the development of identity architecture and strategic decisions as Broadridge advances in growth and maturity.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems to optimize access management and ensure compliance.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud environments, such as AWS or Azure and familiarity with Windows and Unix administration is beneficial.
  • Possess scripting abilities and logical thinking for automating IAM processes.
  • Understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies.
  • Proficient in operational skills, with experience in basic auditing and log management.
  • Knowledge of authentication technologies and their interactions with diverse platforms, both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Insight into integrating platforms like Active Directory (AD), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, MFA, and custom applications into PAM tools.
  • Proficiency in managing Vault solutions, preferably HashiCorp, with experience integrating them into cloud environments

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Onboard users and devices, creating and managing access policies within the PAM tool. Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adherence to security protocols.
  • Actively participate in the implementation, integration, and evaluation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Drive efforts to expand IAM capabilities to support organizational growth.
  • Oversee the maintenance and ongoing support of the PAM platform, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Address and resolve any issues promptly to maintain security and functionality.
  • Provide support during system upgrades, patch deployments, and routine maintenance activities. Ensure that all updates are applied smoothly and in compliance with security standards.
  • Monitor reports to identify potential security incidents. Respond to alerts with appropriate actions to mitigate risks and maintain system integrity.
  • Deliver comprehensive operational support for all IAM-related processes and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues proactively to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Work collaboratively with various internal teams to gather necessary information and facilitate joint deliverables. Serve as a key resource for integrating IAM solutions with other security and IT systems.
