The Information Security Strategy & Risk Management team at Zoetis ensures a secure strategy through a disciplined process of making colleagues security savvy, driving down residual risk, reducing the attack surface, all while enabling the business. This team is responsible for critical services that strengthen Zoetis' security posture, including protecting sensitive data, identifying and mitigating cyber threats, and seamlessly integrating secure assets during organizational changes. Key functions within the team include Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Security Awareness, Mergers & Acquisitions Security, and Operational Technology (OT) Security. Through these services, the team empowers the organization to operate securely and efficiently in a dynamic digital environment.

The Senior Analyst, Security Awareness Program is responsible for the execution of day-to-day security awareness activities, ensuring alignment with global cybersecurity policies and objectives. This role is instrumental in fostering a strong security culture across Zoetis by creating and delivering engaging and innovative security awareness content. The Senior Analyst will support the development of training initiatives, prepare insightful reports for senior leadership, and manage data visualization dashboards using Azure and Power BI. Through collaboration and creativity, this role will ensure employees remain informed, vigilant, and proactive in addressing cybersecurity challenges.

This position will collaborate across multiple teams to drive security awareness campaigns, measure their effectiveness, and contribute to a proactive security-first culture within Zoetis. The individual will also support automation and process improvements for tracking awareness activities and reporting security engagement metrics to executives.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Percent of Time
• Design, develop, and manage comprehensive security awareness content, including training materials, infographics, videos, newsletters, and interactive learning modules.
• Strategically plan and execute global security awareness training campaigns, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity priorities and compliance standards.
• Generate detailed reports for senior leadership and executives by analyzing key metrics such as engagement rates, training completion statistics, and security culture trends.
• Administer and optimize dashboards in Azure and Power BI to deliver real-time insights into the effectiveness of security awareness programs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to enhance security awareness initiatives and maximize employee engagement.
• Research and implement innovative awareness methodologies, including gamification techniques and behavioral security interventions, to drive impactful engagement.
• Maintain expertise in cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and industry best practices to continually refine training content and awareness strategies. 100%

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
• Collaborates closely with the Security Awareness Service Lead, the ZICC Manager, and the onshore security awareness team to ensure the successful execution of security awareness initiatives.
• Partners with the Threat Intelligence, Communications, and Corporate Brand teams to design, develop, and distribute impactful security awareness materials and content.
• Engages with key business stakeholders across Zoetis to support security awareness activities, deliver timely security updates, and foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
• University Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is required
• MS or advanced identity courses or other applicable certifications is desirable, including
o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Relevant certifications in infrastructure security and vulnerability management, such as Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), GIAC Certified Vulnerability Assessor (GCVA), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), are highly preferred

Experience:
• A minimum of 6+ years of relevant  experience with a strong background in security awareness and cybersecurity training.
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry, especially Animal Health.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Demonstrated ability to work within diverse technical teams.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS• Demonstrates expertise in developing security awareness content, including designing training programs, executing phishing simulations, and creating interactive security learning modules.
• Proficient in managing, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI and Azure dashboards to monitor security awareness engagement and generate actionable reports for senior leadership.
• Possesses a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, industry best practices, emerging threats, and social engineering tactics to enhance training programs and awareness campaigns.
• Utilizes strong project management skills to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute security awareness campaigns, training sessions, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Skilled in analyzing and interpreting security awareness engagement data to deliver detailed reports and provide actionable recommendations for improving program impact.
• Communicates complex cybersecurity concepts clearly and effectively, ensuring alignment and understanding among both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborates seamlessly with internal teams, business units, and external vendors to drive participation and engagement in security awareness initiatives.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Availability to work between 1pm IST to 10pm IST hours (minimum 3 hours of daily overlap with US ET Time zone)
