An exciting opportunity exists for a professional Cyber Security & Systems Manager to join our Cyber Security team at Raytheon Australia.

The Cyber Security & Systems Manager will be responsible for the coordination and execution of certification and accreditation activities, vulnerability assessments, and providing general advice to programs and projects.

In addition, the role will be responsible for developing, coaching and mentoring other program cyber security within Raytheon Australia.

It is expected this role will require regular travel and direct engagement with the Defence customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance on security strategies to manage risk and comply with Defence standards.
  • Conduct system vulnerability assessments
  • Management of security programs and assigned personnel.
  • Development of security documentation
  • Definition of security requirements for projects of various sizes and complexity
  • Development of cyber security capability within programs
  • Monitoring the application and compliance of security controls and procedures

Skills, Experience, and qualifications

  • At least 8 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Requires a University Degree in Cyber Security, Information Systems Security, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Requires broad IT knowledge and security best practices.
  • Experience in Incident Response and Vulnerability Assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with Defence security requirements.
  • Leadership and delegation of tasks
