Target Range:

$20.00 /Hr. - $25.00 /Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Physical Security Analyst is responsible for providing first and second level support of physical security systems. The Security team is responsible for the overall planning, development, implementation, and oversight of the Bank’s information security, incident response and physical security programs.

This position is on-site and located at our HQ in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct periodic checks to confirm the effective operation of physical security systems including badge access and camera systems. Troubleshoot and promptly resolve issues or escalate as appropriate
  • Manage third party vendors that perform maintenance, repair and construction services
  • Provision and de-provision access badges, physical key management, and maintain inventories of all physical security assets
  • Maintain procedural documentation for all physical security activities
  • Process user access requests, modifications, terminations
  • Review transfers and performs reconciliation and validation of permissions
  • Resolve access control issues such as login failures, passwords resets, etc. via email, incoming calls, internal requests
  • Start the work day at 8am Monday through Friday
  • Open to be on-call for off hours support in case of issues or emergencies

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in a technical or computer-related field of study, or equivalent related experience
  • 1+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT access control roles or related position
  • Desire a career path in IT Security
  • Familiarity with physical security equipment such as badge access systems, camera systems (CCTV), door control devices, network video recorders, and alarms
  • Understand IT system infrastructure and basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to engage internal and external resources and/or vendors to correct deficiencies
  • Experience in using ticketing solutions (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and leverage best practices
  • Demonstrated strong commitment to customer service and teamwork
  • Ability to handle and install desktop hardware weighing up to 50 pounds
