Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Regional Data Privacy Manager, you’ll lead the data privacy agenda across the all countries within region east, ensuring compliance while supporting the business to grow in a safe, sustainable way.

You will:

  • Own and lead privacy compliance in your region, aligning with global frameworks and adapting them to local legislation and best practices.
  • Stay on top of evolving privacy laws and local authority requirements to proactively adapt our compliance approach.
  • Develop and implement regional privacy guidelines, ensuring processes and tools are in place to support data subject rights and everyday operations.
  • Build awareness and capability by coordinating trainings and fostering a strong data privacy culture within the organization.
  • Support and empower local coordinators, helping them navigate challenges and maintain compliance in their markets.
  • Partner with the business to guide new initiatives involving personal data – enabling innovation while protecting our customers and employees.
  • Identify risks and lead action plans to close potential compliance gaps with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
  • Act as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and local data protection authorities within your region.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a Regional Data Privacy Manager, you will be an integral part of the regional legal team, working closely with the global function to ensure alignment with the global privacy strategy. You will collaborate regularly with regional management teams, local coordinators, and key stakeholders across different functions in the organization. You will also engage with local data protection authorities when required, ensuring strong and transparent relationships.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • 3 years’ experience working with data privacy, legal compliance, or risk management in a complex organizational setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of GDPR and regional data protection legislation.
  • The ability to assess and manage privacy risks while balancing compliance with business needs.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time role based on a local contract in Warsaw, Poland. The regional data privacy manager is part of the legal team and report to the Regional Legal Manager.
