Responsible for planning, organizing and imparting Trainings on Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, and Security Operations Center (SOC) operations to the Internal and External stakeholders. Responsible for the practical training courses in the Phygital Lab. Instructor- Cyber Security

Imparting Cyber Security Trainings:

• To Impart training programs on Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, and Security Operations Center (SOC) to a diverse audience of both internal and external stakeholders.
• To provide training on various hands-on procedures and techniques and approaches to dealing with IoT, OT, SCADA Security.
• The impart practical hands-on training on real world scenarios in critical and ensure live experiential training on a simulated Cyberage Phygital Lab.
• To provide first-hand experience in understanding cyber-attack on IoT and SCADA systems to the trainees and also provide an insight into how various IT infrastructures components are set up and how the possible loopholes or vulnerabilities in each system can be tested.
• To create scenarios that are related to real world cyber threats observed across infrastructures in various critical IT and Industrial Sectors.
• To create an approach of “Offensive Testing”, to have a better understanding on ways to deal with a hack/malware attack, thereby ensuring that right defense mechanisms are thought and applied.
• To create awareness on the Standards & Regulations for Cyber Security
• To conduct Tailor Made Practical’s Based Test at the end of each program.

Relationship management

• To coordinate with external and internal stake holders.
• To coordinate with various reputed universities to develop various programs on Cyber Security.
• Scheduling and managing all training needs with external stakeholders and partner organizations collaborated through any agreement from GMR AA.
• Managing residential student affairs/Warden roles.
• Assess and collect training requirements from various airport verticals.
• Liaison with IATA for various international training requirements from internal and external entities.

Maintenance of training documents

• Preparing and maintaining all training records for the specified training batches.
• Keeping record of all the trainees for specified period as per regulatory policy and guidelines including GMRAA guidelines as well as QMS.
• Submitting all trainee documents and examination sheets to concerned authoritie.

  Managing training level and development

  • Design, develop and deliver regular and advanced training programs.
  • Strong ability in ensuring timely Quality Training Program.
  • Update training material, modules and course curriculum periodically.
  • Strong ability in maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of regulations and requirements for respective training.
  • Answering queries of all for admissions for more clarity and transparency
  • Responsible for Maintenance of Phygital Lab.

  • Ensure timely settlement of training charges and invoice generation in coordination with Finance team.

    Business Development

  • Responsible for ensuring the training center is profitable and maintains the standards for growth.
  • Assist in bringing business opportunities and expanding training offerings.
  • Liaison with all related departments external and internal for business development

Education Qualification:

• B. Tech/ M. Tech/ MCA in Cyder Security.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or equivalent certifications.
•  Linux operating system fundamentals, including basic command line usage.
•  Conceptual knowledge of programming/scripting.
•  Solid grasp of essential networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP, networking devices, and transmission media).
•  Understanding security concepts (e.g., malware, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and vulnerabilities). 
•  Familiarity with network traffic inspection tools (Wireshark, TShark, or TCPdump) is highly recommended

Relevant and total years of Experience

• 10 to 12 years of  IT experience and min 4-5 years of experience in Cyber Security.
• Strong liaison and stakeholder management skills.  
• Excellent communication and Presentation skills.  
• Proficiency in LMS platforms.  
• Ability to analyze training needs and prepare reports.
