OVERVIEW We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Security Analyst (contract position) to support day-to-day operations within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. This role plays a key part in enhancing security, audit readiness, and log integration efforts across critical business applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, excellent coordination abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting enterprise security initiatives.   Location: Hybrid – Must be near the San Francisco area (downtown) and available to work onsite as needed Contract Duration:  May 2025 - Oct 31, 2025 Rate:  $70-75/hour     RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support IAM-related security and audit activities across business-critical applications

  • Coordinate evidence collection and track deliverables related to OIG (Office of Inspector General) audit requirements

  • Assist in onboarding application logs into the SIEM system to strengthen detection and response capabilities

  • Maintain and update tracking documents, dashboards, and status reports

  • Act as a liaison between IAM, application owners, and other security stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Detection & Response)

  • Facilitate communication and ensure follow-through on action items and deliverables

  • Assist in preparing and distributing routine reports on project and task statuses

    QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and processes

  • Understanding of SIEM systems and log onboarding workflows is a plus

  • Previous experience supporting audit and compliance efforts is preferred

  • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
