Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

• As the Director of Threat Operations within the ServiceNow Security team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team that encompasses red teaming, telemetry, threat hunting, threat intelligence, and related operational aspects
• You will be responsible for working closely with the incident response team to develop a new and unique Red/Blue model to enhance overall security operations
• You will be expected to lead and develop the team, work collaboratively across the security team and the company, and drive enhancements for ServiceNow’s security

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 10 years offensive experience specifically with application security
• Deep understanding of security defenses
• Experience in developing threat hunting programs
• History of building and leading high performing teams
• Customer first perspective
• Process automation expertise
• An analytical mind for problem solving, abstract thought, and offensive security tactics
• Ability to articulate complex issues to executives and customers
• Experience working with the ServiceNow Platform a plus
