Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg S.A. is engaged in the business of providing Private Banking, Wealth Management and Investment services for corporate and private clients. To reinforce it's IT department, the Bank is currently looking for a:

IT Security and Implementation Officer (m/f/d), Luxembourg

In the sphere of Security/ First Line of Defense, the profile should consider Technical IT Infrastructure knowledge and Project Management skillsets.

The position’s purpose and mission is to participate in the planning, implementation and management of Information Technology solutions. Oversees the technical and security standards of those and contributes in the support and administration of Organization’s core security infrastructure.

The position offers the opportunity for interaction and exposure to stakeholders in all Bank units and external suppliers, aiming to understand business needs and operations, involve appropriate resources and propose solutions that will increase the operational efficiency of the Bank.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for internal IT processes concerning IT Audit Reports, RCSAs, Incidents and reports relevant to introduction of new ICT assets, security and operational risks.
  • Liaison with Risk department of the Bank for IT Operational Risks (OP Risk Partner) as well as with the ISO of the Bank.
  • Responding quickly and effectively to all incidents and providing post-event analyses.
  • IT BCP Coordinator and owner of IT DRP Run-book.
  • Developing project timelines for IT Infrastructure, security system upgrades and security controls implementations.
  • Overall monitoring and control and reporting of the tasks execution.
  • Ensuring all personnel have IT access limited to their need and role in the organization.
  • First level of approval for production implementation of Security Infrastructure related changes/projects.
  • Monitor the observance of the Group and local IT security standards, policies and procedures and react in the favor of compliance. This includes legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
  • Development of the Bank’s IT internal Standards, Policies and Procedures and contribute in Bank-wide processes which concern IT Security.
  • Analyzing IT Infrastructure and Security requirements, and recommending improvements.
  • Contribute to administration and support for infrastructure components relevant to security.

IT Operations:

  • Project Management of initiatives relevant to position’s responsibilities.
  • Administration and configuration of IT Security infrastructure components.
  • Review and monitor data flows, intervene in case of a production issues.
  • Project Management and leading IT operations in respect to s/w patching and s/w upgrades. Identifying and escalate potential side effects aiming to the assurance of quality o IT services and data security.
  • Participates in the monitoring of health of security sensors and endpoints as well as mission critical IT Infrastructure components.
  • Operate the vulnerability management program or work closely with system administrators who have vulnerability management responsibilities.
  • Daily administrative tasks, reporting and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.
  • Subsidizing in initiatives within IT and across the Bank relevant to the IS and IT Infrastructure.
  • Daily administrative tasks, reporting and communication with the relevant departments in the Organization.
  • Involvement or-and active participation in the development of documentation of internal procedures and processes .concerning IT infrastructure or use of the security systems or concerning security.
  • Monitoring and reporting for the compliance with the Bank’s Security Standards, Policies and procedures.
  • IT Security policies and procedures ownership.
  • Ceaseless improvement and development of his/her professional qualifications related to the execution of the above-mentioned activities.
  • Firewalls (and Proxy servers) management – upgrade, update.
  • Firewalls (and Proxy servers) Access control management.
  • Mobile devices management. Microsoft EMS, Cloud, etc.

Task Management:

  • Audits, Incidents, Service Requests and Changes are completed within the agreed KPIs or time plans.
  • Priorities are agreed and respected.
  • Follow up of tasks progress is frequent, especially with the direct reporting line.
  • Follow-up of external suppliers’ activities for supervision and invoicing purposes.
  • Document solutions and operational processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in the area of Information Technology.
  • Computer network penetration testing and techniques knowledge.
  • Awareness and understanding of cybersecurity trends and methodologies knowledge.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience concerning below areas is required:
    • IInformation security or related field;
    • SSIEM, antivirus, and IDPS;
    • IIncident detection;
    • FFirewalls (functionality and maintenance), Office 365 Security and Endpoint Security;
    • VVPN, Data Loss Prevention, Web-Proxy.
  • ITIL and Project Management certifications are considered an asset.
  • IT Security Certifications e.g. CISSP, CEH, CCNA, CCNP or any relevant certifications are considered an asset.
