MBL Technologies is seeking a Cyber Data Analyst to join our team. The individual will examine data from multiple disparate sources with the goal of providing security and privacy insight. The candidate will design and implement workflow processes and maintain/analyze data for several executive level dashboards. Additionally, the candidate will develop and maintain key performance indicators and key risk indicators related to cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of FISMA, NIST, OMB, and other federal cybersecurity and privacy directives and guidance.
- Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g. methods for assessing and mitigating risk.)
- Knowledge of specific operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses.
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
- Ability to build and maintain cybersecurity dashboards within ServiceNow and PowerBI.
- Ability to accurately and completely source all data used in intelligence, assessment and/or planning products.
- Ability to use data visualization tools.
- Ability to assemble data metrics that support compliance with FISMA, NIST, and OMB.
- Ability to support internal and external cybersecurity audits by compiling data and tracking corrective actions.
- Ability to manage tasks and make process improvements.
- Ability to develop briefings and deliver to program leadership.
- At least 7 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant data analyst experience.
- Advanced degree in a technical cyber related field. Direct experience or directly relevant certifications may substitute for the academic credentials.
- Most be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
