Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Open-Source (OSINT/PAI) Targeting Analyst to support United States Special Operations Command CENTRAL (USSOCCENT), primarily located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities:

·        OSINT Analysts are responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.

·        OSINT Analysts shall interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates. OSINT Analysts shall fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments

Required qualifications/skills:

·        Minimum of a master’s degree

·        Minimum of 12 years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.

·        Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAl exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development.

·        Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred.

·        Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAl, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience

·        Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.

·        Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.

·        Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAl tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).

·        Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAl authorities, regulations, and policy.

·        Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

·        Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.

·        Security Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
