Core Competencies & Technical Skills

• Proven expertise in AI model and agent development, preferably within cybersecurity use cases
• Advanced proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism
• Strong experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and integration with SharePoint or Dynamics 365
• Sound knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, including secure software development, data protection, and risk mitigation strategies
• Experience in workflow automation, process mining, and custom RPA solution development
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript is an added advantage
• Practical exposure to data engineering, dashboard creation, and data science activities
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, especially in security-related configurations and services
• Experience with Azure Security Center or equivalent cloud-native security tools is beneficial
• Exposure to AI/ML/LLM-based cybersecurity projects and a working knowledge of GRC and security operations processes

Experience

• Proven experience in developing AI models and intelligent agents, with a strong preference for implementations within cybersecurity domains.
• Proficient in process mining and workflow automation, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and design optimized solutions.
• Hands-on experience in RPA development, including custom automation solutions tailored to unique business needs.
• Skilled in designing interactive dashboards and data visualizations to support real-time insights and reporting.
• Solid background in data engineering and data science workflows, including data preparation, transformation, and modeling.
• Adept at translating complex client requirements into well-defined technical solutions with a focus on scalability and security.
• Demonstrated ability to automate cybersecurity processes, enhancing operational efficiency and threat response capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, with practical knowledge in managing infrastructure, storage, and cloud-native services.
• Familiarity with cloud security tools, particularly Azure Security Center, will be preferred.
• Exposure to projects involving Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is advantageous.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks and security operations processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and intelligent agents to support cybersecurity services and threat detection
• Develop and maintain RPA-based automation solutions using industry-standard tools (UiPath, AA, Blue Prism) to enhance operational efficiency
• Build and customize low-code applications using Microsoft PowerApps integrated with enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, translate them into automation solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives
• Incorporate cybersecurity best practices in the development lifecycle—ensuring secure coding, identity and access control, and encryption standards
• Perform security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for developed AI model (Preferred)
• Ensure automation solutions are aligned with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of deployed automation tools and platforms
• Maintain thorough documentation for all development, integration, and security-related activities
• Mentor and guide junior team members on automation, Power Platform best practices, and secure development methodologies.
