WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Junior Cyber GRC Governance Analyst, you will support on ensuring that the whole CISO & Fraud domain with more than 2,500 people distributed across all geographies works as One Team, under a common model and structure, timely reporting, and with proper alignment with business objectives and technology direction, facilitating Global CISO area's coordination.
We need someone like you to help us on different fronts:
Prepare agenda and materials for internal Cyber Governance committees and forums, ensuring quality of the contents, consistency of the messages across governance presentations and reports, proper level validation and on time documentation delivery, including minutes and follow up of action points raised in those meetings.
Collaborate in activities related to organization and logistics of the Cyber & Fraud domains, including updated organizational charts and distribution lists by ensuring control and change management.
Coordination and preparation of Cyber Events, as the annual Global CISO Convention, monthly Town Halls, Fusion Center visits, etc.
Foster internal communications through dissemination activities as part of our communication strategy to promote a One Team culture, ensuring quality & updated contents in our internal SharePoint and other communication tools.
Support on different Cyber Talent activities such ensuring all cyber employees are highly trained and specialized to meet the challenges of their roles by designing and implementing a knowledge and training strategy that builds upon industry best practices.
Support Cyber teams in their strategic initiatives by provide useful insight based on research and analysis of information from different sources as benchmarks, studies, statistics…
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
Required
2-5 years of experience in a dynamic and highly competitive working environment, that provided the opportunity to develop strong analytical skills, critical thinking and the capacity to work in teams, with demanding pressure levels.
Desired
Cybersecurity related roles.
Governance related roles.
EDUCATION
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Law or Business Administration.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Required
Microsoft Office. Proven abilities of proficiency level with PowerPoint and Excel.
Full proficiency in English.
Business insight and strategic mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
Get things done attitude; Self-motivated and able to motivate teams strongly.
Desired
Information Security Management, Information Security Audits, Cybersecurity Risk Management, IT Standards, Procedures & Policies, Information Security Law, Emerging Technologies.
