Job Description

We’re looking for a Team Lead to manage our Tier 1 Security Analysts – a key role where you’ll coordinate day-to-day operations, oversee real-time monitoring of alerts for number of our clients, ensure proper triage and documentation of security incidents, ensure smooth shift coverage, and guide junior analysts as they grow. What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate the Tier 1 SOC team across multiple shifts.

• Oversee daily security monitoring, alerts, and incident escalations.

• Ensure shift schedules are covered and team performance stays on track.

• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior analysts.

• Communicate with clients on incident updates and follow-ups.

• Support collaboration between Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams.

• Contribute to improving SOC workflows, documentation, and playbooks.

• Manage and report on team and service KPIs

• Help analysts grow through regular feedback, knowledge sharing, and training.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or SOC operations.

• Prior experience in a lead, coordinator, or mentoring role is a plus.

• Solid understanding of Windows/Linux systems and networking basics.

• Experience with SIEM tools and security monitoring.

• Fluent in English (spoken & written).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to motivate, coach, and support a team in a dynamic environment.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with shift work or 24/7 SOC environments.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, Blue Team Level 1+).
