I'm Ignė Naujalytė, manager of the Quality, Process and Safety team at Telia Lietuva, and I'm currently looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join my team of professionals. As a Quality and Compliance Manager at Telia Lietuva, you’ll...
…be responsible for leading and maintaining our ISO quality management systems and ensuring compliance with cyber security regulations. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization and the wider Telia Company group, coordinate audits, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
 

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and solid knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20000-1, and ISO 27001. The ideal candidate will have experience organizing audits, mentoring colleagues, and a deep understanding of quality and information security best practices. Experience in international and complex IT or telecom environments will be considered an advantage. You should be fluent in Lithuanian and English, have excellent MS Office skills, and hold a driver’s license.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2900 – 4200 Eur (gross) depending on your experience and track record of achievements.
