Intern, Cyber Security

Objective:
Support the Cybersecurity team by developing internal tools and automations that enhance security operations, improve threat visibility, and reduce manual workload.

Scope of Work:
The intern will:

• Assist in the design and development of scripts, dashboards, or lightweight applications to support areas such as alert triage, log analysis, vulnerability tracking, and threat intelligence.
   

• Collaborate with security analysts and engineers to understand use cases and pain points.
   

• Document tool functionality and provide user guides for team adoption.
   

• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
   

Deliverables:

• At least two functioning tools or scripts with clear documentation.
   

• Final presentation summarizing project work, outcomes, and recommendations for future improvements.
   

Duration:
12 - 16 weeks (part-time or full-time, based on candidate availability)

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
   

• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or scripting languages
   

• Interest in security automation and hands-on problem solving
