Associate Platform Specialist

As an Associate Platform Specialist at ZeroFox, you will join the Public Sector Services team, a group of highly skilled individuals working to protect Public Sector customers from digital risk. Using our proprietary platform, this role focuses on supporting our Public Sector team by identifying and conducting detailed analysis of cyber risks. You will be responsible for researching these risks and managing the data entry of alerts. Your goal: find the real-time information that will impact our customers, identifying risks and applying the appropriate escalation path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor social media platforms for risks associated with our customers.
• Identify and record impersonations of ZeroFox clients' Executives and Brands on major social media networks.
• Verify potential impersonations against current alerts to maintain data accuracy and avoid duplication.
• Create precise alerts within our platform based on specific customer guidelines.
• Triage incoming alerts to categorize them according to established internal workflows.
• Utilize a comprehensive glossary of terms to evaluate and analyze findings across platforms.
• Identify and communicate emerging trends and behavioral patterns to relevant team members.
• Conduct research on customer Executives & Brands to understand their specific digital protection needs.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in analysis
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, cybersecurity, or a related field
• Eligibility for US-based positions as per customer requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data clearly
• Remote work capability within the US
• Experience within DOD and/or Federal Civilian sectors is preferred
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and a desire to learn about emerging networks
• Excellent research and investigative skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and effectively engage with stakeholders
• Familiarity with other SaaS, cybersecurity, or social media services is a plus
• Background in Customer Success is advantageous
• Strong analytical mindset for data interpretation
