We’re growing and looking to hire a Technical Product Delivery Trainer who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer with a strong background in cybersecurity and networking to support the development and delivery of training programs for our products and product delivery. This role is essential for ensuring that our partners fully understand how to implement, operate, and benefit from our solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product training, particularly in technical domains, and will be skilled at breaking down complex technical topics into engaging and understandable training sessions. You will work closely with product, engineering, and partner teams to ensure accurate and effective knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Delivery Trainer, your impact will be: 

  • Design and deliver product training sessions for partners
  • Develop training materials including slide decks, labs, user guides, and hands-on exercises
  • Customize training content based on audience (technical vs. non-technical, partners vs. end-users)
  • Maintain training documentation and update materials in line with product changes
  • Conduct both live (in-person/virtual) and recorded training sessions
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to stay updated on new features and technical details
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Support partner onboarding and certification programs where applicable
  • Provide Technical support for partners ongoing delivery projects


Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 3+ years of experience in technical training, preferably for cybersecurity or networking products - Must
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and cybersecurity fundamentals - Advantage
  • Proven ability to create and deliver training that balances technical depth with clarity - Must
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English - Must
  • Familiarity with common training tools (e.g., LMS platforms, Zoom, Google Slides, screen recording tools) - Advantage

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions (e.g., IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, firewalls)
  • Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CCNA, etc.)
  • Experience delivering training to technical partner teams or MSSPs
  • Knowledge of scripting or simulation tools for interactive labs

Expected base salary of this role is $120,000.00-$140,000.00. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of compensation. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside of the salary band are welcome to apply.
