• Commercial Franchise Development:
o Assume commercial ownership and drive the development of the Securities franchise within TP, collaborating with the Head of TP to refine and execute a strategy that reinforces OSTTRA’s market position and maximizes revenue growth.
• Market and Competitive Analysis:
o Maintain comprehensive awareness of market trends, competitive positioning, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and inform the commercial Securities strategy.
• Strategic Decision-Making:
o Make informed and decisive strategic decisions to support the Securities strategy and expand OSTTRA post-trade market presence.
• Inorganic Growth Initiatives:
o Assist in identifying and evaluating potential strategic partnerships, collaborations, and acquisition opportunities, working with senior stakeholders to develop and cultivate relevant relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate closely with all horizontal teams to align commercial strategies with broader organizational objectives.
Special Job Requirements
• Extensive travel will be required to represent Osttra at key industry conferences, high-level client meetings, and strategic team engagements globally. This travel is essential for cultivating and maintaining critical client relationships, establishing Osttra as a thought leader, and driving strategic partnerships. The incumbent will be expected to leverage these engagements to gather market intelligence, identify emerging trends, and influence industry direction.
• A high degree of flexibility and commitment, extending beyond standard professional business hours. The incumbent must be prepared to accommodate project deadlines, stakeholder meetings across multiple time zones, and urgent strategic initiatives. The role requires a proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to prioritize and manage complex demands while maintaining a high level of performance.
