The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Cloud Security Consulting Leader:

Architect and execute a client-centric go-to-market strategy that addresses the evolving cloud security needs of Americas enterprises, driving significant market penetration and revenue growth.

Partner with C-level executives and senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on cloud security risk management, compliance, and best practices, fostering long-term client relationships.

Lead complex, high-impact consulting engagements, applying rigorous analytical frameworks to develop and implement tailored cloud security solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.

Cultivate and secure strategic client engagements by acting as a recognized thought leader and subject matter expert, showcasing our firm's deep expertise in cloud security.

Drive innovation and thought leadership by anticipating emerging cloud security trends and developing cutting-edge methodologies and solutions, solidifying our position as the premier provider of cloud security services in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically Drive Cloud Security Adoption: Develop and execute client-focused go-to-market strategies for cloud security products and services, directly addressing the unique security challenges of Americas enterprises.

• Become a Trusted Client Advisor: Partner closely with sales teams to deeply understand client business objectives and security needs, translating them into tailored, high-impact cloud security solutions.

• Provide Expert Cloud Security Guidance: Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through complex cloud security best practices, risk management frameworks, and compliance requirements, including those specific to regional regulations.

• Engineer Secure Multi-Cloud Environments: Design and implement robust cloud security solutions across diverse environments, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenShift, Broadcom, Nutanix, and Alibaba Cloud, ensuring seamless and secure cloud adoption.

• Establish Robust Security Governance: Architect and implement comprehensive security governance frameworks within complex, multi-cloud environments, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring continuous security posture improvement, while considering regional data privacy laws.

• Leverage Advanced Cloud Security Platforms: Effectively utilize leading-edge security tools, including Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP), and Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM), to deliver superior security outcomes.

• Lead Transformative Consulting Engagements: Drive strategic consulting initiatives that enhance clients' cloud security posture, delivering measurable value and fostering long-term partnerships.

Who You Are

Technical Expertise:

• Deep Understanding of Industry-Leading Frameworks: Expert knowledge of cloud security frameworks such as NIST, Cloud Security Alliance's Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM), ISO 27001, CIS, and Zero Trust, enabling the development of compliant and effective security solutions.

• Proven Multi-Cloud Implementation Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to successfully implement complex cloud security solutions across a wide range of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenShift, Broadcom, Nutanix.

• Expertise in Secure Cloud Governance: Proven track record of architecting and implementing robust security governance frameworks within complex, multi-cloud environments, mitigating risks and ensuring continuous security, with a focus on regional regulatory compliance.

• Strategic Advisory Capabilities: Extensive experience providing expert guidance on cloud security best practices and risk management strategies to senior leadership.

• Mastery of Advanced Security Tools: Deep familiarity and practical experience with leading cloud security tools, including CSPM, CASB, CNAPP, CWPP, and CIEM, enabling the delivery of cutting-edge security solutions.

Business Acumen:

• Client-Centric Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, translating client needs into tailored security solutions and driving successful client engagements.

• Strategic Market Development: Proven experience in developing and executing client-focused go-to-market strategies for cloud security products and services, driving market growth and revenue generation within the Americas.

• Exceptional Communication and Influence

Additional Considerations:

• Relevant Certifications: Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or cloud-specific certifications (AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Alibaba Cloud Security Specialist) is highly desirable.
• Leadership and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Regional Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of data privacy laws and compliance requirements specific to the Americas (e.g., CCPA, GDPR implications).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in cloud security and business development.  

• Extensive consulting experience with a demonstrated track record of driving successful client engagements.
