Meet the team:

Join our innovative IT department as an IT Manager at Dexcom India! This senior-level role is pivotal in providing IT leadership, managing IT staff, and implementing technology solutions. If you have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, you'll excel in our dynamic and collaborative environment.

Where you come in:

• You develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals, in conjunction with the wider IT Team.
• You oversee the maintenance and security of IT systems, networks, and data.
• You manage and mentor the IT team, providing technical guidance and support.
• You ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and comply with industry standards, including regulatory requirements and accreditations such as ISO27001.
• You monitor and maintain servers, databases, cloud services, and IT assets.
• You coordinate with third-party vendors for IT products and services.
• You ensure timely IT support for employees, troubleshooting technical issues and following up on unresolved tickets.
• You oversee the installation, upgrading, and licensing of software and hardware.
• You lead IT projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
• You manage IT budgets and optimize expenses for technology needs.
• You handle any other tasks, projects, and activities as directed by senior IT Management.

What makes you successful:

• You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• You bring several years of experience in an IT Management role.
• Your certifications such as ITIL v4, CISSP, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent are viewed favorably.
• Your working knowledge of ITSM is important, with experience in ServiceNow ITSM being desirable.
• Your solid knowledge of IT networking concepts, IT hardware platforms, and related topics is essential.
• Your understanding of relevant regulatory compliance is strong.
• Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent.
• You can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience and Education:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience
• 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience
