We're looking for an experienced Sr. Staff Compliance Program Manager to join our Information Security Compliance team. Reporting to Director, Information Security Compliance, You'll be responsible for:
- Leading initiatives to enhance and automate compliance processes that support internal controls, access management, and regulatory alignment
- Designing and optimize workflows for user access, segregation of duties, and access reviews, balancing compliance needs with usability
- Partnering with Security, IT, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate compliance requirements into day-to-day operations with minimal friction
- Translating evolving regulatory and audit expectations into practical, scalable internal processes
- Building a deep understanding of Zscaler’s products and software development lifecycle to proactively identify compliance risks
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8 to 10 years of experience spanning compliance, security, risk management, or technology roles
- Comfortable working alongside developers, architects, and IT teams to implement or improve technical controls
- Strong Technical fluency - you don’t need to code, but you need to understand how systems are built and how controls fit into the real-world environments
- Self-starter with a track record of independently leading complex projects and influencing across teams
- Strong grasp of industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, CSA STAR
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools and processes
- Exposure to user access reviews, access certification, or entitlement workflows.
