This role centers on designing scalable, reliable, and automated solutions to strengthen our security infrastructure. You’ll lead the development lifecycle from initial design through to implementation, testing, deployment, and long-term maintenance across key data-driven systems that support enterprise-wide cybersecurity operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and implement high-performing software solutions that drive automation and support analytics within the cybersecurity organization. Emphasis is placed on resilience, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Operations team to deliver automation solutions that streamline workflows and minimize manual processes.
  • Architect and maintain event-driven systems designed to provide real-time alerts and automated actions for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Integrate diverse data feeds into the organization’s data lake to improve visibility and broaden security monitoring capabilities through reusable, automated ingestion frameworks.
  • Support the adoption and integration of new tools and technologies, ensuring smooth transitions within the cybersecurity environment

Required Qualifications

  • Strong background in programming with object-oriented languages such as Python, Go, or Java, and fluency in SQL. Demonstrated experience delivering clean, scalable, and high-performance software.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, high-volume data engineering, or real-time data streaming platforms designed for analytics.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies and infrastructure tools (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Apache Spark, Terraform, Docker), with a focus on development best practices and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Solid knowledge of REST APIs and data integration strategies to ensure efficient and secure communication across systems.
  • Experience using infrastructure-as-code solutions like Terraform or Ansible to automate and standardize security configuration and deployment processes.
