We are looking for a Principal Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Security team. This role supports a variety of teams—IT, Engineering, Sales, and Legal—by addressing security-related questions and ensuring our products and systems remain secure and compliant. Whether you're an experienced security analyst or someone with a strong technical background looking to move into security, this is your chance to grow with us.
Responsibilities:Support product penetration testing by maintaining target systemsCoordinate with the IT department to close security gapsAnalyze and assess security vulnerabilities; recommend mitigations, workarounds, and remediation stepsSupport ongoing governance and complianceContribute to the security hardening of BlueCat productsReview security advisories and code to assess impactCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering and compliance teams
Qualifications:4+ years of experience with Unix/Linux systemsProficiency in scripting (e.g., Shell, Python)Solid understanding of IP networking and protocols (e.g., IPv4/6, TCP/UDP, DNS, DHCP)Familiarity with higher-layer protocols and security architectures (e.g., TLS, SSH)Ability to read and understand code in languages such as Java or C is a strong assetIT systems administration experience is a plusFamiliarity with compliance domains such as SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR.Excellent communication skills—both technical and non-technicalIf you share our enthusiasm for the future of our company and are eager to contribute to our vibrant workplace, we look forward to receiving your application!
