We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Security Operations Project Manager to lead and coordinate our security operations across physical, information, and personnel domains. This role will act as the primary point of contact for employees on security matters, oversee onboarding and training on security protocols, and manage security-related projects, including compliance with government defense standards and internal safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  •  Employee Engagement & Onboarding
  • Act as the main point of contact for all employees regarding security-related questions (defined as physical security, protection of sensitive information, and risk prevention).
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires with a focus on physical and information security.
  • Develop and conduct training programs on security awareness, sensitive or classified information handling, and safe behavior.
  • Physical & Information Security
  • Develop and implement protocols for visitor management, including welcome procedures and access controls.
  • Contribute to the design of new physical installations (infrastructure, sensors, alarms…)
  • Classify sensitive areas within the building and establish access restrictions accordingly.
  • Manage the process of classifying company information in accordance with internal and government requirements.
  • Risk Management & Incident Response
  • Identify and gather information on potential security incidents.
  • Conduct short-term mission risk assessments for business activities and create mitigation plans.
  • Develop standardized risk analysis formats and models for operational use.
  • Compliance & Safety Coordination
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations related to electrical and fire risks.
  • Coordinate with HR and facility teams to ensure proper safety roles and responsibilities are assigned and documented.
  • Participate in safety audits and emergency response planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in security operations, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of physical security, information classification, and risk assessment.
  • Familiarity with government defense security protocols (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, HR, legal, and facilities teams.
  • Knowledge of occupational safety standards and fire/electrical risk prevention
