What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to join SentinelOne’s Cloud Security product team to lead our Cloud Workload Security (CWS) and Cloud Data Security (CDS) product lines. CWS provides customers with real-time threat protection, detection, investigation, response, and remediation across their server and container workloads in public clouds, private clouds, and physical servers. CDS provides customers with real-time threat protection, and data security posture management (DSPM) across structured and unstructured cloud datastores such as AWS S3 or PostgreSQL and network storage such as NetApp or ICAP-compatible storage. In this specific role, you will lead a team of product managers that oversee the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition process for these Cloud Security products. This is a very visible and hands-on leadership role where you will interact with other leaders in engineering, sales, marketing, and product management.

What Will You Do?

  • Define, evangelize, and maintain the strategy and vision for the SentinelOne Cloud Workload Security product
  • Build, manage, and lead a team of product managers focused on the different capabilities of the CWS, CDS, and DSPM products
  • Serve as a player-coach and be willing to take on both managerial and direct PM responsibilities
  • Set a high bar for the team in terms of what is expected in terms of product requirements documents, pricing analyses, roadmaps, and customer communications by directly developing PM artifacts
  • Maintain the overall roadmap for CWS and CDS products and lead tradeoff and prioritization decisions across features
  • Define, manage, and communicate progress against key metrics and goals for the CWS/CDS products, including financial, operational, and customer metrics
  • Coordinate with other leaders in marketing, sales, UX, documentation, and business development to align their efforts to CWS/CDS priorities
  • Engage cross-functionally with customers, partners, sales engineers, and solution architects to collect requirements and build trust
  • Assess the competitive landscape and how SentinelOne stacks up against competitors
  • Present your product portfolio and workload protection and data security thought leadership to customers and prospects at conferences, customer advisory boards, and other forums

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

  • 8+ years of product management (or equivalent) at enterprise-level SaaS organizations and 1+ years of managerial experience
  • Deep understanding of Linux and container/Kubernetes architectures and eBPF technologies
  • Deep understanding of cloud storage and data classification technologies
  • Action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and requirements
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams in different time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, and product marketing
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills
  • This position requires up to 15% travel to customer and SentinelOne locations worldwide

Why Us?

  • You will be joining a cutting-edge company, where you will tackle extraordinary challenges and work with the very best in the industry
  • Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k), Commuter, Health and Dependent FSA
