We are looking for an experienced people leader and a consultant to work primarily on security-classified projects for security authorities and lead a team of professionals. We mainly work from DNV’s Espoo office, but we approach remote work flexibly whenever possible. Due to the nature of the work, we require Finnish citizenship, good proficiency in the Finnish language, and the ability to pass a basic security clearance. The corporate language of our group is English.

As Team Manager, you will lead a highly skilled team while fostering their growth as consultants. You will have three areas of focus: People Leadership, Business Responsibilities and Customer engagements.

In the role, 50% of your time will focus on people leadership and business responsibilities. The remaining 50% will be focused on customer engagements.

People Leadership: You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members, providing guidance, support, and mentoring. You will play a pivotal role in identifying individual strengths and areas for development, enabling your team to flourish at every step. Your coaching skills will empower our consultants to become better cybersecurity professionals, both technically and strategically.

Business Responsibilities: Efficiently manage your team's workload, optimizing productivity and maximizing utilization to meet billing targets. You will take charge of identifying and resolving any performance gaps, ensuring seamless project progress. Your active involvement in hiring top-tier talent will strengthen our team with skilled professionals, driving our collective success.
