What You’ll Do

A person in this role would: 

  • be responsible for the implementation of Oracle Software Security Assurance (OSSA) standards in the entire Line of Business
  • drive information security risk analysis for CSS Consulting projects
  • work closely with solution architects to build-in security by design
  • suggest appropriate tool setup for all security tasks, including static & dynamic security and penetration testing, managing project passwords, source code practices etc.
  • report project compliance status 
  • act as a bridge between CSS Consulting team and other security teams at Oracle
  • conduct internal security trainings
  • support all sales activities where we need to respond to customer security requirements or address them officially while offering

CSS Consulting Information Security Specialist would be involved in all critical CSS projects. This person would help to understand and then to incorporate customer security requirements, while sticking to our internal Oracle practices. 

Additionally to the above, CSS Consulting Information Security Specialist is planned to assist with ISO 27001 implementation.

What You’ll Bring

You combine analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to see the big picture. You are equally comfortable talking to business users and development teams. You understand enterprise systems and know how to design functional solutions that bring value and are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

• 6–8 years of experience in security risk analysis, including at least 3 years in consulting roles

• Proven experience in designing and documenting functional solutions across complex IT systems

• Deep understanding of business process modeling, functional design, and requirement analysis techniques

• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills

• Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and build trusted advisor relationships

• Experience in Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies

• Ability to work independently while also leading and mentoring others

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field

• Language proficiency: Fluency in English, with Polish as either the native language or extremely fluent
