At Salesforce, Trust is our top priority. Our team is responsible for setting vision and strategy and delivering scalable DevSecOps controls that embed security across the software lifecycle making it easier to build and operate secure software at scale. We focus on detection at scale, developer-aligned guardrails, and seamless integrations across the SDLC to reduce risk without disrupting delivery velocity. We work closely with engineering, developers, security, business unit leaders, and take a strategic approach to maintaining Trust!
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key security uplift initiatives across the organization. This role is technical and highly cross-functional - ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, security, and product strategy. The ideal candidate will shape product vision, drive cross-org execution, and deliver scalable solutions in areas such as static and dynamic detection, secrets management, third-party component governance. They should know how to put the customer and user at the center of their work, translating business and user requests into requirements and solutions. They are data-driven, ensuring we are strategically working toward the right outcomes but have a strong bias for action.

Security Uplift Leadership: Drive large-scale uplift efforts focused on embedding proactive and reactive controls into engineering workflows and platforms. Champion detection, enforcement, and automation to reduce security vulnerabilities at scale.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, developers, BISO, security, compliance teams and other internal collaborators to align on outcomes, accelerate delivery, and build adoption. Lead complex cross-org initiatives with clarity and influence.
Execution & Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery - from roadmap and prioritization to launch and measurement. Focus on usability, scalability, and measurable risk reduction in every release.
