Xcelerate Solutions is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to oversee, architect, and implement the required security, information assurance, and integrity of the program, systems, and data. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong Risk Management Framework knowledge and implementation, technical expertise in emerging technologies and innovation, and a strategic approach to security and IT management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect systems, networks, and sensitive data from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Oversee the development and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Oversee the security and information assurance of over 700 users/devices.
• Support IT Manager with the O&M of IT infrastructure
• Assist with optimal performance of IT systems, networks, and hardware, including troubleshooting and providing technical support as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage and improve IT security, systems, applications, and software solutions.

 Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, Tier 5.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant ISSM experience.
• IAM Level III Certification (CISSP, CISM, CCISO, etc.)
