Role: Lead IAM Engineer (SailPoint + Ping)

Experience: 8–10 years

Role Summary:

This role serves as the technical anchor for SailPoint and Ping Federate projects. The individual will lead execution, guide the team technically, coordinate with the IAM architecture teams, and be responsible for hands-on implementation, support, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day execution for IAM activities across SailPoint IIQ and Ping Federate
• Interface with BestBuy teams for requirements, transition support, and issue resolution
• Support SailPoint access certifications, role/job code modelling, connector configuration
• Support and advise on MFA setup, SSO federation enhancements, container-based deployments
• Participate in testing, documentation, and handover to IDAM Services team

Skills Required:

• SailPoint IIQ (IdentityNow or IIQ), Rule and Role Modelling
• PingFederate, OAuth, SAML, MFA setup (FIDO/passkey)
• LDAP, Active Directory, REST APIs
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, BeanShell), Git/CI-CD knowledge
