The Group You’ll Be A Part Of
Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Manager
to lead and execute an IDAM strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems and data, covering both on-premises and cloud environments. Working closely with Infosec, HR and other key departments, you'll enforce access policies and security controls, ensuring a secure digital environment for all stakeholders.
The Impact You’ll Make
As IDAM Manager, you will spearhead the implementation and maintenance of IDAM solutions, manage a team of IDAM specialists, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IDAM practices across the organization.
What You’ll Do
IDAM Program Leadership:
Lead IDAM initiatives focused on ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency in user access management.
- Plan, execute, and monitor IS infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with standards and regulations in areas of
- Authentication and Authorization: SAML, OAuth, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA): Role-based access control (RBAC), Identity lifecycle management (ILM)
- Directory services: Active Directory, Azure Active Directory ( Entra)
- Privileged access management: Cyber-Ark
- Automation: PowerShell
Access Governance and Compliance:
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to verify compliance with access policies and regulatory mandates, supporting internal and external audits, and enforcing IDAM policies that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO).
- Manage access certification campaigns and lead efforts to remediate access-related risks.
Identity Lifecycle Management:
- Implement and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) and other access models for secure and efficient access management.
- Collaborate with HR, Infosec, and business units to automate and streamline identity and access processes, incorporating self-service options where applicable.
Who We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in IDAM, Information Security, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong technical expertise in IDAM solutions, including experience with identity and access management tools and technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant IDAM or security certifications (e.g., CIAM, CISSP, CISM) are preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in IDAM or Information Security, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
Salary
CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $111,000.00 - $244,000.00.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
