Role Profile
A pivotal member of our team, this role is dedicated to help with the successful delivery and governance of key Cyber Security services within LSEG.
Key responsibilities
Monitoring Service Delivery: Ensuring that Cyber Security services are delivered according to agreed-upon standards and service level agreements (SLAs). This involves tracking performance metrics and identifying areas and plans for improvement Performance Reporting: Creating and maintaining reports on service delivery performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics. These reports and resulting meeting minutes and actions are used to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a liaison between different stakeholders, including internal clients, LSEG Technical teams and Cyber Security Service teams. This involves preparing and maintaining board and service review packs, tracking and ensuring actions are resolved in good time as well as managing expectations and ensuring that all parties are informed about service delivery status and any issues that arise Assisting leadership in developing, preparing and supporting the Cyber Service Catalogue, Service Reporting and Service Transition processes Process Improvement: Analysing existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements also performing quality reviews of service reports and dashboards, ensuring the correct metrics are captured, validated and presented in line with the Service Facilitate and support the regular reviews of other standards and documents owned by the Cyber Strategy and Service Governance team
Technical / job functional knowledge
Proficiency in control frameworks based on industry best practices, including NIST, COBIT, and ISO27001.
Good understanding of Cyber and Technology Service Management principles and policies (ideally ITIL certified)
Good understanding of large scale enterprise technology solutions and systems delivery (applications, Infrastructure, networks, cloud technologies etc)
Possession of a recognized Cyber Security qualification is desirable.
A degree or master's qualification in Cyber Security, Information Security, or IT Management is desirable.
Familiarity with risk frameworks to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
Proficiency in management and operational reporting
Ability to build compelling PowerPoint presentations and visualize sophisticated concepts effectively.
Desire and ability to remain updated with the latest Cyber Security trends and events, especially within Technology and financial services industry.
