Job title: Cyber Risk Manager for Multiple Openings

Job Description:

Deliver a full range of cyber security identity and access management (IAM) services to clients across all project and engagement management phases for multiple clients. Responsible for engagement planning, directing, designing, and implementing identity and access management solutions, developing and supervising engagement staff, and assisting in client management and practice development activities. Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review, and client management. Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets, and work plans. Participate in other business development activities for existing and new clients. Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards and apply this knowledge to client engagements. Manage the day-to-day project activities to perform assessments, develop strategies and roadmaps, and implement identity and access management solutions. Design and architect futuristic identity and access management solutions aligned with client requirements. Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, resolve issues, and recommend improvements. Manage, train, coach, and mentor staff on cyber security identity, access management engagements, and annual reviews. Manage approximately five (5) subordinate employees in the positions of Associate (2), Senior Associate (2), and Associate Manager (1).

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or the foreign equivalent, and 5 years of experience as a Cyber Manager, Sr. Consultant, or alternate related acceptable occupation. Work experience must have included: (1) Assisting customers in conducting an Identity and Access Management assessment following ISO 27001/27002 and NIST standards, identifying fit gaps, and proposing IAM solutions based on the fit-gap analysis; (2) Installing, integrating, and deploying one of the following IAM products in a client environment: SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, Okta, CyberArk, or Beyondtrust; (3) Identity Management in the following areas: Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, Consumer Identity, and Multi-Factor Authentication, Identity Governance, and Administration, User Provisioning and de-provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, Role Based Access Control, Privileged Access Management; (4) Managing projects through the full system development lifecycle; (5) Designing and architecting futuristic Identity and Access Management solutions aligned with client requirements; and (6) Developing, implementing, and architecting IAM solutions. Up to 60% travel to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting permitted.

Compensation for position: $160,000 – $180,000/year
