The Team:

IAM Information Security Administration (ISA) Service Delivery is a client-centric, metrics and intelligence-driven group within Citi’s CISO that manages entitlement and access provisioning to systems for Citi employees, contractors and external Citi clients/customers who are increasingly using Citi applications with locations across multiple regions across the globe (NAM, LATAM, APAC, EMEA). IAM ISA Service Delivery partners and collaborates with other business units throughout Citi to further build and maintain optimal security architecture, while supporting other large business-driven technology projects related to ongoing Information Security initiatives for the enterprise.

The Role:

The Senior IAM Service Delivery Manager is NAM's Global Lead under IAM ISA Service Delivery responsible for overseeing multiple teams domestically and globally ensuring adherence to Citi's IAM standards and maintaining consistent alignment to Citi's risk appetite, while providing recurring operations metrics for related teams and stakeholders. This role leads efforts to improve operational efficiency and customer experience to expand existing automation, while further strengthening governance controls. The role will consistently liaise with clients and key senior stakeholders to maintain a constant understanding of the business's current and upcoming needs, while ensuring constant alignment to their evolving objectives.

As part of the IAM Management Team, this role will represent IAM ISA Service Delivery in multiple forums, ISA management reviews, regulatory and audit discussions, etc. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives are in alignment with Citi's Information Security policy and regulatory requirements that may vary by country (NAM, LATAM, EMEA, APAC).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee large, complex teams in global locations within IAM ISA Service Delivery Operations
  • Manage provisioning functions from application to infrastructure (e.g., Active Directory, Encryption, etc.)
  • Accountable for resources, budget analysis, and formation of short to medium term planning
  • Manage and validate deliverables of Risk & Control Audit Requests ensuring closure per agreed timelines and goals
  • Evaluate existing levels of automation and develop additional efforts to reduce manual processes and further increase automation
  • Provide people management oversight including in-country operations including recruitment, development and retention of talent and resources
  • Foster a metrics driven, performance management culture across the teams
  • Work closely with other functional support groups to address IAM ISA's ongoing performance initiatives of the  and develop appropriate actions to improve performance against goals
  • Partner with the Risk & Control Team, ensure teams adhere to Risk and Control processes for functions under their responsibility and support/prioritize the audit process.
  • Promote partnerships with other Citi businesses and market/highlight ISA major accomplishments
  • Prepare cost benefit analysis of teams under their responsibility for senior management review and readily identify cost savings or investment required
  • Support IAM ISA Senior Group Manager in meetings and any ad hoc requirements from CISO and Risk and Control Organizations.
  • Assist Security Incident Response Teams as necessary
  • Ensure Control Preparedness and control effectiveness, as part of the Audit preparedness exercise,  
  • Provide leadership to the teams and make the connections between the organization’s goals and the teams’ daily functions
  • Support cross-business / functional initiatives promoting Business Enablement while also adhering to IAM Standards

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' IAM Operations experience in large enterprise environments leading operational teams and initiatives (e.g., process re-engineering, process standardization, transformation, etc.)
  • 5+ years' direct managerial experience
  • Knowledge of Risk & Control and Audit requirements in a global operational environment
  • Strong proficiency working in and/or around shared services environments with hands-on, applicable knowledge of Information Security Administration dynamics as it relates to Technology and Business Enablement
  • Outstanding analytical skills with hands-on experience using metrics to drive stakeholder engagements and business decisions
  • Expert ability to appropriately prioritize business objectives managing multiple functions and projects simultaneously
  • Strong aptitude for process design and delivery with a firm focus on customer centricity
  • Results-oriented with the ability to develop and execute well developed business operations plans
  • Experience managing global, multicultural, and multi-disciplinary teams in a highly matrixed environment
  • Highly skilled in leadership and talent management focused on development and growth especially in a digital environment
  • Must be comfortable managing and driving changes utilizing influencing skills when necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Expert proficiency in senior stakeholder engagement and, at times, negotiation as needed (external communication/negotiation may also be necessary)
  • Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal
  • High degree of self-motivation with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to champion change

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, related discipline OR equivalent IAM/Information Security experience required
  • Relevant InfoSec and/or IAM industry certifications are a plus

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
