Job Description:
**The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services does not sponsor or transfer non-immigrant work visas for these positions.**

Examples of Work
Job duties of the Information Security Analyst include:
- Conduct assessment of governance, risk and compliance with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
- Prepare artifacts for federal audit of compliance
- Perform gap analysis of current systems
- Review and document security requirements with system owners to achieve security compliance
- Provide guidance on compliance as the subject matter expert
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Post high school coursework, training, or experience in the analysis of business processes and system requirements, and the creation of business process applications.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the analysis of business process and the creation of requirement documents and testing of business requirements. Experience with determining compliance with information technology security audits OR education in field of cybersecurity. Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Other: Position can only be located at the Nebraska State Office Building in Lincoln. No other office locations available.
