NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Cyber Security with a passion for working in a multifaceted technology company. You will be responsible for managing a Cyber Security team and driving continuous multi-functional efforts to ensure that we maintain industry-leading practices in cybersecurity.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead and manage a cyber security team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies and policies.
Measure and monitor alignment with NVIDIA's Information Security policies and standards.
Inform stakeholders of data privacy and security controls from selected frameworks. Maintain an evidence library to demonstrate compliance with security controls.
Ensure continuous compliance and risk mitigation through proactively monitoring cyber security controls across critical systems.
Validate readiness to prepare teams for customer audits and certification efforts.
Deliver real-time insights and actionable metrics through comprehensive reporting and dynamic dashboards.
Manage the budget and resources for a cyber security team.
Provide guidance and support for project-related work to enhance the compliance assurance program.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. Master's degree is helpful.
10+ years demonstrated ability in cybersecurity, privacy, or compliance assurance in a high-tech environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of legal, cybersecurity, and privacy frameworks, including GDPR, CCPA, NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27701, and Privacy Shield.
Good communication skills with the ability to translate technical security and privacy risks into business terms.
A deep passion for governance, risk management, compliance, and privacy, enabling the company to scale and adapt in a dynamic regulatory environment.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are useful.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with GRC platforms like OneTrust, RSA Archer, and vulnerability management tools like Splunk or similar search and aggregation tools.
Practical knowledge of cloud security, container or serverless platforms, and development processes.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain metrics dashboards for tracking cybersecurity, compliance, and privacy initiatives.

The base salary range is 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
