Radiance Technologies is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Electronic Warfare Analyst to serve toward analyzing foreign air defense radar systems. The candidate will support the customer with researching and building aircraft models within the RAVEN database. The analyst will interface with the customer to ensure the models are verified and will be the point of contact for input support/questions into RAVEN. The analyst will be involved with interactions with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical data and information that is relevant to models to ensure database entries are updated regularly. The candidate will ensure that the overall inputs are accurate and are consistent with the intelligence findings and parameters defined within requirements.
Required Skills
US citizenship with a TS/SCI clearance.
Able to perform exploratory analysis and research, and present SMEs with findings to be verified
Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe database requirements and terms
Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
Required Experience
Experience with RAVEN or similar database
Previous experience with electronic warfare systems
Previous experience representing intelligence database requirements to and with stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
Direct experience with RAVEN database
Direct experience with electronic warfare systems
Direct experience vetting intelligence reports and associating them directly with the system and/or equipment
Experience supporting US Government S&TI Centers
