Job Title: Salesforce Tester

 Responsibilities & Skills

• Salesforce CPQ QA: [Manual (75%) + Automation (25%)] 
• They should have worked on the following Objects of CPQ, Marketing, Cloud/Sales Cloud. Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Order, Orderline items Service contract, Renewal, Amendment, Assets,
• Have Hands-on Experience in Automation (Selenium)  (Must)
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Validate data integrity and ensure data migration accuracy.
• Provide detailed reports on testing activities, including test results, defects, and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in software testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates to ensure testing practices are current.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Tester or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Salesforce DX, Selenium, or similar.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of web services and API testing.
