Do you want to identify, analyze, and address security threats while contributing to building and improving security solutions? If yes, then this is something for you! We are now looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to join us in Lund.

Who is your future team?

Our IT Security Group team is integral to Axis, working closely with global stakeholders to safeguard IT systems through threat risk assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing. We specialize in information security, incident response planning, and business continuity. By implementing secure-by-design principles, conducting regular security audits, and recommending corrective actions, we drive continuous improvement of Axis cyber security posture and protect against emerging cyber threats.

What you’ll do here as Cyber Security Specialist?

You will work in an environment with a high level of openness, short decision-making processes, and have a great opportunity to influence technology choices moving forward.

• Identifying, analyzing, and managing security incidents, as well as implementing preventive measures.
• Manage and maintain security tools such as SIEM/SOAR, Vulnerability Management and endpoint protection systems as well as ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency in threat detection and response.
• Supporting the organization with security advice, educating teams on security procedures, and contributing to a strong security culture.
• Conducting regular vulnerability assessments and working with development teams to address security issues.

Technical Expertise:

To excel in this role, you'll bring a solid foundation in network architecture, operating systems, and cloud computing, complemented by hands-on experience with security tools and automation technologies. A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements is essential.

Collaborative Mindset:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization's security posture. If you're a team player with a customer-centric approach, we encourage you to apply.

We'd love to hear that you have:

• Proven experience in modern security operations and digital infrastructure (networks, OS, cloud, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of threat detection, log analysis, vulnerability assessment, and malware analysis.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
