Within the Law enforcement industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to ICT Architecture of a major European institution, located in The Hague, Netherlands.

This is you

• Completed university degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's)
• A minimum of 9 years of experience working as an IT professional after the completed degree
• Good working knowledge of English (level B2 or higher)
• More than 6 years of experience in ICT Solution design, specifically on integration architectures (and IAM solutions in the last couple of years)
• Participation in a minimum of 2 projects related to IAM implementation
• Good knowledge of interoperability technology (e.g. REST APIs, message oriented middleware, service oriented applications)
• Good knowledge of federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication and authorization technologies (e.g. OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, RBAC, etc.)
• Good knowledge of identity provisioning mechanisms (SCIM)
• Good knowledge of identity administration and governance
• Good knowledge of cloud related IAM services and cloud integration
  

Nice-to-have skills:

• Good knowledge of Container technology Docker based.
• Related certifications: CIAM, CISSP
  

This is your role

• Review and support all the collateral documentation provided by suppliers and/or third party involved in the design of the solution;
• Work with staff in ICT Architecture and Engineering team, in addition to software engineering teams, to devise a detailed design for the integration of the IAM solution in the current landscape;
• Contribute to the definition of a revised user provisioning and management process, considering business needs
• Produce, maintain and update High Level and Low Level architecture design documentation related to the above;
• Interact with Project Management, Requirements engineers, QA and Development Teams, ICT and Information Security, Business stakeholders, External providers.
• Support the implementation of the designed IAM solution, providing guidance as needed and leading the technical coordination.
• Devise and reach consensus on a migration approach and help with the coordination and guidance related to its implementation.
• Contribute to Security Architecture matters, reviewing designs from a security architecture perspective and/or producing design deliverables related to security architecture or architecture guidance deliverables.
