Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Threat Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will provide threat kinematic and signature development and modeling support to the Threat Modeling Center (TMC).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate with internal MDA and external stakeholders to determine threat needs for Integrated Master Test Plan events.

• Coordinate with MDA/DET and the Intel Production Centers to obtain intelligence assessments and referent data necessary to define and build threat models consisting of kinematic, RF, and IR models.

• Evaluate intelligence data and provide technical reviews of associated Threat Model Requirements Documents produced by the prime contractor.  Articulate change recommendations.

• Provide verification and validation recommendation of prime contractor produced kinematic, RF, and IR models.  Articulate change recommendations.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Master's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of relevant experience

• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance

• Requirements management proficiency

• Process management and development proficiency

• Action Officer (AO) proficiency

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Familiar with Agile and Lean software development tools and principles

• Familiar with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and principles

• Familiar with missile defense system testing processes

• Familiar with modeling and simulation concepts

• Familiar with DoD acquisition and systems engineering processes

• Familiar with MDA organizations, missions, and systems

• Familiar with Structured Query Language (SQL)

• Familiar with Microsoft Project

• Familiar with Microsoft Share Points

• Familiar with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
