The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a highly motivated and tactical Program Manager to manage programs within its Homeland and Force Protection Business Area division FBI portfolio. The candidate will support an Agile DevSecOps contract and be responsible for understanding customer needs to create new business and efficiently and effectively executing technical programs. The ideal candidate will possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, be a strong team player, and can establish solid working relationships with technical staff and peers within the division, as well as our external Government customers. Experience in communications, Agile, and DevSecOps; hardware/software fabrication; Cloud, platform system integration; and/or test and evaluation is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.

• Manages teams of contract support personnel.

• Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.

• Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.

Clearance Required:

• Current Secret.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Proven experience with managing using DevOps concepts.

• Experience in monitoring program priorities, procedures, objectives, resource allocation, and areas of service.

• Experience in managing program and project teams to ensure goals are completed on time.

• Experience in identifying possible current and future risks to program efficiency or success.

• Experience managing teams that use agile methodologies.

• Proven experience with managing using DevOps concepts.

• Bachelor’s degree (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).

• Twelve or more (12+) years of relevant experience.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Pay Range:

Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
