What you’ll do?         

• We are seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager for M&As with mid-level experience to oversee and drive the successful execution of M&A security projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and project management methodologies. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure security initiatives align with business goals and compliance requirements.                                                                                          Experience: 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity project management or a related role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in CyberSecurity, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•  Technical Knowledge: Understanding of security frameworks, risk management, cloud security (Azure, AWS), and network security principles.
• Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in project management software such as Planview, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Project.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.                                    

What you’ll bring:     

• Project Planning & Execution: Manage all M&A cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope. Coordinate all third-party risk management assessment activities among key process stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with IT, security teams, and business leaders to align project objectives.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Coordination with Data Privacy representatives as needed to ensure security projects meet regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Security Implementation: Work with technical teams to deploy security controls, tools, and security frameworks.
• Reporting & Documentation: Develop status reports, risk assessments, and executive summaries for leadership.
