Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Field Operations Manager, your key responsibilities may include:

✅ Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to security team members in customer service, compliance, and quality assurance procedures.✅ Team Leadership: Monitor, mentor, and manage staff performance, including attendance, disciplinary actions, and appraisals.✅ Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist HR and Senior Operations Managers in hiring, training, onboarding, and, if necessary, terminations.✅ Incident Response: Handle escalated security issues and emergency situations promptly and professionally.✅ Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and maintain reports on incidents, personnel activity, and account trends.✅ Flexible Schedule: Adapt to business needs, including weekend availability.✅ Other duties as assigned to support the success of Marksman- Titan Security operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Security Lead, Supervisor, or a related customer service leadership role (e.g., retail or hospitality).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, conduct foot patrols, climb stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
• Bi-lingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
