Senior Security Engineer

BINGO industries are looking for our newest Senior Security Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity working out of our head office in Auburn!

Role & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Security Engineer / Senior Security Engineer across Cloud platforms and security controls
• Security Engineering hands on experience & skills across multi-vendor, multi-domain enterprise security controls
• Security Engineering hands on experience & skills across multi-vendor, multi-domain enterprise security controls
• Advanced Core Networking experience & skills required to troubleshoot, configure & maintain enterprise security controls
• Sound knowledge, skills & experience across enterprise security architecture. This involves choosing appropriate security technologies and configuring them effectively
• Advanced sills & exp across VPN technologies
• Develop and maintain security tools and processes to automate security tasks and improve security resilience
• Next Gen Firewalls technical expertise & advanced skills
• Cloud Internet Security gateway advanced knowledge, skills, and experience
• Next Gen Firewall advanced security modules (IPS, DLP, Anti Malware, SSL inspection, Application control) advanced knowledge, skills & experience
• Conduct UARs – User Access Reviews leveraging stake holder engagements
• Sound knowledge of Linux operating systems and exp patching or installing new Linux OS
• Basic Linux scripting skills
• Team player & the ability to sometimes work extra hours (including some weekends when necessary)
• Learn new security engineering concepts on the fly as require

What makes you a GOgetter:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in designing, implementing, managing & maintaining Enterprise Security Controls
• Hands on experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting & maintaining (patching) next gen firewalls
• Hands on experience implementing changes on Next Gen Firewalls
• Hands on experience patching Enterprise Next Gen Firewalls in a HA mode (Critical Function & Requirement)
• Hands on experience implementing, configuring & fine tuning below:

• IPS / IDS
• Anti Malware solutions
• DLP solutions
• SSL inspection function
• OT / SCADA security controls
• SIEM platform
• Email security Gateways
• VPN gateways
• Vulnerability Assessment Tools
• Cloud based native & third-party security controls

• Industry Security certificates against any of the above-mentioned security technologies will be given preference along with knowledge, skills & years of experience
