Senior Manager, Information Security and Risk positions offered by Cotiviti Inc. (South Jordan, UT). Responsible for providing leadership, executive support, strategic and tactical guidance and effective execution of the organization’s information security engineering and operation functions. Provide oversight and direction over all cybersecurity related activities and to ensure management awareness, metrics and compliance posture of the enterprise cybersecurity landscape. Responsible for all technical security reviews and controls and serves as the primary liaison between executive leadership and internal stakeholders. Liaise with various governance, compliance, and incident response teams and will work with senior leadership to inform enterprise information security strategies in areas of audit support, access management, application security, vendor risk, security awareness and training, ITGC monitoring, M&A activities and executive reporting. Provide management oversight, technical guidance, and leadership to the Information Security engineering and operations teams. Manage development and monitoring of enterprise security roadmap and executive reporting. Ensure security controls are aligned with global an industry standard. Take end-to-end ownership of all security incident response serve as primary liaison with external stakeholders. Manage evaluation of cybersecurity controls to ensure effectiveness, compliance and adherence to key controls and policies. Drive remediation efforts.
Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in business, computer science, information technology or a related field and 8 years in the position offered or 8 years of experience providing information technology management. Requires 5 years of experience managing industry standard security certification and assessments. Requires 3 years of experience: utilizing National Institute of Technology (NIST) standards and Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA); and establishing and sustaining relationships with product and business managers. Also requires 2 years of experience building and managing information security teams. Position reports to office in South Jordan, UT, but may telecommute from any location in the U.S. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
Base compensation is at least $192,650 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
