Your Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the architectural and technical lead for SailPoint to Entra integration projects.
• Design, document, and implement account provisioning through the SailPoint-Entra connector.
• Interpret technical white papers and reference materials to guide integration best practices.
• Gather use cases and lead two major phases: initial configuration/integration and advanced API-driven enhancements.
• Produce full lifecycle documentation (design, development, deployment, and post-deployment).
• Perform technical configuration directly within Microsoft Entra.
• Ensure secure access provisioning aligned with IAM and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (security, engineering, PMs, vendors) and manage technical delivery.
• Support Agile and blended Waterfall delivery approaches, utilizing Jira, Sprint cycles, and MS Office Suite.
• Conduct risk identification, mitigation planning, and solution validation.

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra (at least 3+ recent years).
• Deep knowledge of SailPoint connectors, especially in complex integration scenarios.
• Proven IAM (Identity and Access Management) and security architecture background.
• Experience gathering use cases and documenting integration across full project lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency with APIs, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills across business, technical, and vendor audiences.
• Self-starter mindset with leadership, accountability, and strong initiative.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working in large, matrixed, regulated corporate environments (utilities, healthcare, finance).
• Hands-on experience with security protocols such as SSO, credentialing, and compliance controls.
• Background implementing other IGA platforms integrated to Entra (beyond SailPoint).
• Utility industry experience.
• Past consulting or supplier-side project experience.

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Azure certifications, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are required.
