Overview

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Cyber Security Engineer supporting an Intelligence Community Customer. 

 

The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ServiceNow solutions and enhancements using core platform capabilities.
  • Develops the applications including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable.
  • Identifies and implements best-practice solutions to address client requirements.
  • Performs custom development and 3rd party integrations.
  • Performs unit-testing and resolves code defects.
  • Migrates code changes to the production environment.
  • Assists with technical design and documentation.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements.

Qualifications

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

 

Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent. 

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working on a large and complex software development project.

Desired Certifications:

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).

Required Skills: 

  • Experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows.
  • Experience with at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, or JavaScript).

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Must be able to detect information on a computer screen.
