Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the R&D team, the Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will [Support Description].

About the Role:

  • Design, develop, and implement robust cybersecurity solutions for Laborie’s medical devices, applications and Cloud.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and weaknesses.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure security is integrated into all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Perform security testing, including penetration testing, code reviews, and security audits.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cybersecurity. Alternatively, a master’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in securing medical devices or other regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including encryption, authentication, access control, and secure coding practices.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM, are a plus.
